The carriage layouts shown below provide information on each carriage used for the Gulflander including seats with space for assistance animals.

You can also find information relating to train doorways and aisle dimensions, as well as general facilities onboard.​

The standard consist used for the Gulflander service is a Railmotor with seating (RM93) and two other passenger carriages.

Railmotor Seats

RM93 Railmotor contains 24 seats, configured in sets of two with an aisle down the middle of the carriage.

General Carriage Facilities

A unisex toilet is located at the rear left of the carriage.

Aisle, Corridor and Door Widths

External door width: 600mm​

Aisle width between seats: 500mm

Travelling with an assistance animal

The seat located at the front left of the carriage (facing the direction of travel) may be booked for a customer travelling with an assistance animal.

If this seat is booked, the seat next to it will be held to provide floor space to comfortably accommodate an assistance animal.​

Carriage TP1811 Seats

Carriage TP1811 contains 44 seats, configured in sets of two with an aisle down the middle of the carriage.

General Carriage Facilities

A unisex toilet is located at the rear left of the carriage (facing the direction of travel). A guard’s seat is located to the rear of the unisex toilet.

External door width: 600mm​

Aisle width between seats: 600mm

Carriage TP1809 contains 32 seats configured in sets of two with an aisle down the middle of the carriage.

General Carriage Facilities

A unisex toilet is located at the rear right of the carriage (facing the direction of travel). A guard’s seat is located at the rear left of the carriage.

Aisle, Corridor and Door Widths

External door width: 600mm

Aisle width between seats: 400mm

Travelling with an assistance animal​

The seat located at the front right of the carriage (facing the direction of travel) may be booked for a customer travelling with an assistance animal.

If this seat is booked, the seat next to it will be held to provide floor space to comfortably accommodate an assistance animal.
